DANVILLE — Green Thumb Industries, which plans to open a medical marijuana growing plant in Danville, will hold a town hall meeting and a job fair in September. The town hall with Green Thumb CEO Pete Kadens, a Bucknell University graduate, will be held from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Sept. 12 in the Danville Municipal Building, 239 Mill St., according to Susie Schneider, of Green Thumb Industries in Chicago. The career fair and job opportunities forum will be held from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Sept. 13 in the municipal building. TULSA -- The Greenwood Chamber of Commerce will host a job fair for North Tulsa on Friday. The group is partnering up with Macy's Fulfillment Center for their First Annual Pop up Workforce Development Job Fair.  Rebecca Marks Jimerson, president of the Greenwood Chamber of Commerce, said it is all about empowering people. She said there is no better way to do it than through jobs.  Jimerson said there is a need for commerce, entrepreneurship and businesses both small and big on the north side of Tulsa.  "If we are empowered through jobs and we have money coming in, we are going to turn over that dollar in North Tulsa and that has got to happen," Jimerson said.  She said there is a high unemployment rate in North Tulsa and often times people do not know where to find a job or have transportation to search for one.  The Greenwood Chamber hopes that by getting people employed, it

Pengumumannya akan disampaikan pada pertengahan September 2017. "Kami sedang membentuk panitia penerimaan 100 orang dosen nonpegawai negeri sipil (PNS). PIKE COUNTY, Ky. (WYMT) - A job fair in Pikeville is helping coal miners return to work. More than 50 people came ready to interview for a new job on Wednesday. The fair was hosted by the Kentucky Career Center, Eastern Kentucky Concentrated Employment Program (EKCEP) and the Big Sandy Area Community Action Program. Employers performed interviews on the spot. Patrick Graham, Blue Stone Energy Group, said he was looking to fill many different positions. "There are quite a few people here today looking for jobs," Graham said. "We are hoping to get the skilled positions we need, heavy equipment operators, like dozers and l oaders."
