NDSU hosts 'part-time job fair' to help their students - WDAY6

Students could meet with potential employers like Chipotle or even Eventide during the three hour long event.

While organizers hope students can land a job, they also hope it's the beginning of learning lifelong skills for the jobforce.

"The ability to network and just have a conversation with someone that is a working professional. That is a very valuable skill. Most of the time, students are afraid when they step into an environment like this. They're not used to approaching somebody," said Career Center Director Mark Matthes.
