The 11,500-square-foot building that houses Cayenne Creative and Go Pro Event Solutions near Pepper Place in Birmingham has been sold for $1.75 million. The building sits on a 28,000-square-foot lot.

Need a job in Huntsville? GE Aviation and Lockheed Martin will join several other companies next week for an engineering and technology job fair. It'll run from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. Nov. 8.

ProHealth, a home health company that already has patients in 17 counties in the state, has opened Trussville Health and Rehabilitation Center at 119 Watterson Parkway, the former space of Golden Living-Trussville. Golden Living lost its federal funding last year after failing to meet standards, including mishandling a sexual assault.
