MGM Resorts holding job fair aimed at veterans - KVVU Las Vegas

LAS VEGAS (FOX5/AP) -

MGM Resorts International is holding a job fair Tuesday specifically aimed at hiring veterans.

The gaming and hospitality company's hiring event for veterans, active duty and military dependents, is scheduled from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Grand Ballroom at the Mirage Hotel and Casino.

MGM Resorts said it has hundreds of jobs available, including management positions. Interviews will also take place for positions in casino operations, finance and accounting, food and beverage, hotel operations, human resources, marketing, operations, general management, sales and convention services.

The company urged job-seekers to complete an application at mgmresortscareers.com before attending.

Military identification or proof of service is required at the event.
