QA/QC ENGINEER [JAKARTA]

Requirements:

• Male
• Maximum age 40 years old
• S1 degree in electrical engineering with major in telecommunication
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience preferable in telecommunication industry

CFO [JAKARTA - INDONESIA]

Qualifications:

• Bachelor and master degree in finance or accounting from reputable universities.
• Maximum age 45 years old.
• Minimum 5 years of senior-management responsibility in finance plus several years of auditing experience in big-four public accounting firms.
• Previous exposure with energy or telecommunication or retail business is preferred.
• Familiarity with project finance, debt / equity financing, IFRS, and financial statement consolidation, and general taxation, is required.
• Fluency in English is required fluency in Mandarin is an advantage.

DEPUTY CEO [JAKARTA - INDONESIA]

Job Description:

• Lead, guide, direct, and evaluate the business process of the organization.
• Help the CEO to achieve the company's overall strategic goals and plans.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned by Board.

Qualifications:

• Maximum age 45 years old.
• Minimum bachelor degree in business administration or engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of senior-management responsibility in energy or telecommunication or multimedia business.
• Sound commercial understanding of the business and strong leadership skill are mandatory.
• Fluency in English is required and fluency in Mandarin is an advantage.

SAP PROJECT MANAGER [JAKARTA]

Requirements:

• Minimum S1 degree in science or engineering
• GPA > 3.0 from reputable university.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience in SAP project development.

RECRUITMENT MANAGER [JAKARTA]

Requiremernts:

• Minimum S1 Psychology with GPA > 3.0 from reputable university.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experiences in publicly listed company.
• Maximum 35 years old.
• Proficient in English is a must.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

HR DIRECTOR [JAKARTA]

Job Description:

• Align HR policy & systems with strategic goals and plans.
• Lead, direct, manage, and coordinate the HR team to achieve organizational efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Minimum bachelor degree in any discipline with GPA > 3.2 from reputable universities.
• Maximum age 45 years old.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience as HR Director in energy or telecommunication business.
• Extensive experience in executive search / organizational development / HR consulting is preferred.
• Fluency in English is required.
