Biloxi Shuckers Annual Job Fair at MGM Park - Bloomington Pantagraph

Today at MGM Park Coast residents had a chance to become a part of the Shuckers organization for the upcoming season. The Shuckers annual job fair took place from 4:30 to 7:30 with applicants from across the Coast showing up for a shot at working for the Coast's Double A Brewers affiliate. The open positions are various. Some range from concessions to ushers to grounds crew. There's even an opening for a bat boy. Shuckers Director of Media Relations Chris Harris tells News 25 that finding the right people for the job sets the stage for the perfect family friendly baseball experience. "We want to provide good wholesome family entertainment. There's a baseball game going on, but we want people to come to the game, have a great time, be treated very well and hopefully come back to another game. It always overwhelms me the passions people have for baseball which is great, but also that really know what it takes to be a good worker."
