Workplace Fashions & Job Fair - WZZM

Grand Rapids, MI, September 1, 2015 – Express Employment Professionals of Grand Rapids is holding an Online Job Fair on Wednesday September 30th, from 10:00am – 6:00pm. Express is currently recruiting for over 200 job openings from over 75 different employers in the Grand Rapids area. All of these job openings are for full-time permanent positions at local companies.

During the Online Job Fair, job seekers will be able to see current job openings, chat with recruiters, and schedule in-person interviews. Express will be recruiting for positions from four of its divisions, including: Light Industrial, Advanced Manufacturing and Skilled Trades, Administrative, and Professional.

"We are always exploring new ways to reach top talent in the Grand Rapids market. With this event we hope to reach more people than would be possible with a traditional job fair all while making the process even easier for the job seeker," said David Robb, Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist at Express Employment Professionals.

There will also be an interactive and educational component to this job fair. Those who participate will be able to watch videos and download useful materials on: interviewing, writing resumes, job search techniques, career pathing, and more. There are also seven scheduled Live Chats where anyone can ask their questions to local experts on topics ranging from resumes and interviews, to advancing your manufacturing career, to employment and hiring trends in West Michigan.

That is why we have built in such a strong educational component to this online job fair. We want job seekers, those currently working, and employers to all benefit from participating in this innovative event," said Janis Petrini, owner of Express Employment Professionals of Grand Rapids.
