Hawaii carpenters union job fair this weekend seeks to recruit 500 workers - Pacific Business News (Honolulu)
The Hawaii Regional Council of Carpenters is holding its first-ever job fair on Saturday, and seeks to recruit 500 experienced carpenters, drywall installers, welders and millwrights.
Contractors such as Hawaiian Dredging Construction Co., Nordic PLC Construction, Swinerton Builders, Group Builders, Kiewit and more will interview and hire qualified applicants at the Hawaii Carpenters and Drywall Training Center in Kapolei.
Job fair attendees are recommended to bring current identification, copies of their resumes, proof of certification, and a list of references.
