(WOOD) — Meijer is holding a job fair this week to staff its new store near Hudsonville. The West Michigan retail giant is looking to hire about 175 people to work at the new Meijer, which will open this summer along 32nd Avenue just south of I-196 in Jamestown Township. The job fair is scheduled for this week at The Pinnacle Center in Hudsonville: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.  Monday 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Wednesday Meijer is looking to hire cashiers, customer service clerks, receiving clerks, cake decorators and meat cutters, among other positions. Prospective employees can show up throughout the day to apply and interview. Job offers will be made the same day.
