Job Fair 2017yang digelar gratis di auditorium kampus Unisri Solo pada Selasa-Rabu (23-24/5) berjalan sukses.
Solopos.com, SOLO – Universitas Slamet Riyadi (Unisri) Solo menyatakan 40%-50% pencari kerja yang mendaftar melalui bursa kerja atau job fair akan diterima. Rekrutmen melalui job fair dinilai lebih efektif karena perusahaan bisa mendapatkan calon tenaga kerja sesuai yang diharapkan.
"Pihak perusahaan telah mengalokasikan 40 hingga 50 persen rekrutmen tenaga kerja melalui job fair," kata Ketua Panitia Job Fair 2017Unisri Solo, Sarafuddin kepada Solopos.com, Rabu (31/5).
Demikian pula dengan para pencari kerja akan selektif dalam menentukan pilihan perusahaan sesuai dengan bidang ilmu yang dimiliki.
Menurut Sarafuddin, Job Fair 2017 yang digelar gratis di auditorium kampus Unisri Solo pada Selasa-Rabu (23-24/5) berjalan sukses.
"Jumlah pengunjung job fair tercatat sebanyak 3.237 orang, melebihi target sebanyak 2.000 orang. Demikian pula jumlah perusahaan peserta dari target 35 yang ikut 38 perusahaan ," ungkapnya.
Berdasarkan data, sambung dia, jumlah pengunjung terdiri atas lulusan S1 alumni Unisri sebanyak 213 orang, lulusan S1 berbagai perguruan tinggi sebanyak 1.694 orang, S2 sebanyak 22 orang, diploma sebanyak 485 orang, serta SMA/SMK sebanyak 823 orang.
Sedangkan dari 38 perusahaan yang mengikuti job fair yang paling diminati pengunjung yakni perusahaan Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM).
Kemudian disusul perbankan, farmasi, finance, garmen, asuransi, otomotif, manufacture, media, advertising, dan retail.
"Indikator kesuksesan job fair yakni pihak perusahaan dan pengunjung tidak kecewa," jelas Saraguddin.
Dia menambahkan job fair yang digelar Unisri cenderung mengalami peningkatan jumlah pengunjung yakni pada 2015 sebanyak 1.000 orang, pada 2016 meningkat menjadi sebanyak 2.000 orang, dan 2017 sebanyak 3.237 orang.
"Ke depan kami lebih selektif memilih perusahaan peserta job fair sehingga tidak mengecewakan pengunjung yang serius mencari kerja," ujarnya.
