SCOTTSDALE, AZ (CBS5) - A new athletic clothing company is setting up shop in the Valley and it's looking to hire. 3D SMART Garments needs to fill at least 50 health and wellness-related positions in its new corporate headquarters and retail locations. Applicants are not required to have a background in fitness to apply. 3D SMART Garments was a part of Tallwaves' High Tide startup competition program, which develops and commercializes new ventures in Arizona. 3D SMART Garments offers patent-pending athletic clothing complete with sensors that monitor quality of activity and provide feedback to the wearer while reducing injuries and improving overall physical performance, according to a company news release. Updated: Monday, June 30 2014, 11:05 AM EDT A job fair is being held in Rochester for businesses opening in College Town, located at the corner of Elmwood and Mt. Hope Avenues. The 14-acre site, owned by the University of Rochester, will include a mix of retail, dining, lodging and services. Nearly 500 permanent jobs are expected to be created or retained at College Town. Employers that will be on-site include: Barnes & Noble; Saxby's Coffee; Insomnia Cookies; Hairzoo; Jimmy Johns; Canandaigua National Bank; Constantino's Market; the Hilton Garden Inn and many others. The College Town Rochester Job Fair will be held from 3 to 7 p.m. on Tuesday , July 8, at the Staybridge Suites Rochester University Hotel , 1000 Genesee Street. Tingkat kepercayaan konsumen di Inggris mencapai level tertingginya sejak 9 tahun menurut survey yang dilakukan GfK NOP (cabang untuk Inggris dari CfK group) untuk bulan Juni.  GfK Group merupakan salah satu perusahaan riset pasar yang terbesar di dunia. Dalam laporannya GfK NOP melaporkan level kepercayaan konsumen tersebut ada di level +1.
