STRATEGIC PERMIT STAFF

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with all licenses and permits regarding to property industry, such as Fasus, TPU, Ruislag, Master Plan and AMDAL.
  • Build relationship with government authorities and relevant entities to facilitate efficient communication both internally and externally.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Architecture, Landscape or Urban Planning.
  • Skillful in AutoCAD.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, verbally in presentation and conversation.
  • Adapt to change, build relationships and work in a team environment.
